We are seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer calls, handle issues related to washing machine repairs, allocate jobs to engineers, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, strong geographical knowledge, and proficiency with computers. Experience with Salesforce is preferred. This is a rotating Monday to Friday position, 2 weeks doing 0800-1600, the following 2 doing 0900-1700. The rate of pay is 12.60ph. Key Responsibilities: Answer customer calls and assist with issues related to washing machine malfunctions, repairs, or service needs. Allocate and schedule jobs for engineers based on priority, customer location, and availability. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Knnowledge to plan and optimize engineers' routes and job assignments. Update and maintain customer records in the system, ensuring accurate and timely information. Use computer systems and software to track jobs, communicate with engineers, and manage customer inquiries. Ideally, work with Salesforce to assist in job tracking, customer updates, and issue resolution. Monitor job progress, provide status updates to customers, and ensure jobs are completed on time. Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner. Strong geographical knowledge to assist with job allocation and route planning. Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
