Job Description:
We have a brand new, exciting opportunity to join our Development Team as a Development Administrator (Home Ownership) on a full-time, permanent basis! This position will play a vital role coordinating the sales program for all our new and resale homes. The position involves liaising with customers and external agencies to market our homes and progress them through the sales process to completion.
We own and manage approximately 7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.
We’ve also concluded a review of how we work in the future, with options around home and office flexible working, as well as a generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for customers for Home Ownership enquiries across a variety of communication platforms.
* Lead on responding to new enquiries on Shared Ownership, staircasing, resales, and RTB/RTA.
* Record all new Shared Ownership registration forms and update interested applicants.
* Responsible for regularly updating our website with property availability.
* Monitor the ‘Home Ownership’ inbox, respond to enquiries, and support the Home Ownership Advisors.
We are looking for someone who has/is:
* Experience of working in a customer care or sales role.
* Proven experience of using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Housing/Assets/CRM databases.
* Ability to communicate with a range of people, in person, in writing, and by telephone.
* Good attention to detail and able to work to strict deadlines.
* Ability to organise own workload and establish priorities with minimum supervision.
