Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Orthotics Administrator in the Orthotics Department at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to a busy team of Orthotists. The post-holder will provide a courteous and professional reception service, and help ensure that all service users have a positive experience of the services we provide. We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic and well organised person to join our busy team. You must have strong interpersonal and IT skills. The successful candidate will be based within a small team, providing support for each other and ensuring continuation of service at all times. Multi-tasking and prioritisation is a key feature of the post. Duties will include: dealing with frequent telephone enquiries and face-to-face queries, processing referrals and other documents, recording and validating activity on PAS systems, and liaising with internal stakeholders.
