Finance Team Leader Kettering £36,000 - £40,000 Monday to Friday We are looking for a Finance Team Leader to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day financial processes of an SME Food Company in Kettering. You will work cross-functionally to deliver precise management information that supports budgeting, financial planning, and process enhancement and will report directly to the Director. Daily duties will include: Overall responsibility for the Finance team Overseeing and maintaining accurate and timely financial records, including but not limited to – general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and payroll Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts Reconcile bank accounts and control accounts Assist with year-end closing alongside the Director Monitor daily cash flow and ensure availability of funds for operational needs Identify and implement process improvements Provide financial insights and reports to assist with strategic business decisions Experience required: AAT qualified or part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA Previous experience within Accounting and Finance and supervising a small team, preferably within a SME business Proficient with Xero and Excel Strong knowledge of UK Accounting Principles and Financial Regulations If you are a talented Finance Team Leader in a commutable location to Kettering, get in touch with Eloise Clarke.
