What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide tailored, one-on-one support to a Year 1 student, focusing on managing behaviour and promoting positive engagement.
* Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting the child’s social and emotional development.
* Work closely with the classroom teacher to create a structured and supportive learning environment.
* Build a positive, trusting relationship with the child to help them feel secure and valued.
* Monitor progress, celebrate successes, and provide valuable feedback to support the child’s development and well-being.
What You’ll Bring:
* GCSE-level education (experience in SEN care or adult care homes is a bonus!).
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting diverse learners.
