As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet stringent market and end-user requirements. With the subsea industry evolving towards electric ROVs, enhanced autonomy, and remote operations, this role is crucial in shaping future support platforms, technical documentation, and customer engagement strategies. The successful Product Support Engineer will be responsible for: Ensuring products fully comply with customer and market expectations by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Leading the development and management of ROV Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with new technologies. Authoring build, test, and production procedures to streamline manufacturing processes. Supporting online product demonstrations, webinars, and technical content creation for enhanced customer engagement. Providing expert technical insight for sales and marketing materials. Leading corrective action activities, documenting findings, and championing continuous improvement. Conducting first-article testing and ensuring all products meet or exceed industry standards. Logging and reviewing customer support inquiries to enhance product reliability and user experience. What we’re looking for in a Product Support Engineer: Essential: HND (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Strong technical writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. Experience producing technical documentation, test procedures, and product bulletins. Background in a manufacturing or engineering environment with a hands-on approach. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and lead projects. Desirable: Degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. Experience in ROV technology, subsea systems, or related industries. Hands-on technical background with strong practical problem-solving skills. Experience in public speaking, training delivery, or leading product teams. Why join us?
