About the Role:
As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of high-quality care services. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure the provision of person-centered care in line with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and social care regulations and standards.
Lead, support, and mentor a team of care staff, fostering a positive and motivated working environment.
Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.
Maintain accurate records and ensure quality audits are carried out regularly.
Work in partnership with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide holistic care.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in a leadership or managerial role within a residential service, supported living, or domiciliary care setting.
A strong Deputy Manager who is ready to step up to the Registered Service Manager position is also welcome to apply.
Knowledge and understanding of learning disabilities, complex care, and CQC regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
A genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals in care.
Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency.
