Job Title: Manufacturing Administrator and HR Admin
Salary: £24500 plus bonus
9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location - Brigg/Scunthorpe Area
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working alongside an established business to recruit for a Manufacturing Administrator on a 9 month contract based in Scunthorpe/Brigg area.
As a Manufacturing Administrator your main focus will be to provide admin support to the team and work with the HR team to allocate tasks.
Main duties will include:
* Recording all time and attendance information and end of month reporting using a system called Kronos
* General administration to include filing, scanning, uploading of documents
* Raising and receiving purchase orders
* Helping with reception cover during seasonal peaks
* Supporting with the work planning
* Overseeing the training records and ensuring all documented sign off sheets are completed
* Regularly speaking to suppliers
* Checking accuracy and completing administration for Hygiene records
* Overseeing the stock and ordering of stock
* Supporting Manufacturing Manager with any administration / reporting requirements
* HR tasks and any other ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Our client is looking for individuals who have an administrative background and can work with data sets efficiently to input accurate information.
They are offering a competitive salary of £24500
Bonus - 5% of earning every quarter
25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
Pension - 4% Company Contribution
They are looking for someone who can start on the 2nd January 2025.
