My client are seeking a customer service administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time, term time only basis. In return, they can offer a generous benefits package including hybrid and flexible working. The Role: Constant monitoring of the main email inbox, filtering out orders and queries. Processing customer orders through an inhouse system. Assess, analyse and cross check order details as they are processed Support the Sales Team to maintain & improve our ordering process whilst having confidence to communicate with customers clearly via telephone and email Extensive use of the scanner for sales and warehouse documents Daily communication with the Customer Experience Manager to keep updated of orders that come in and any issues in processing. The Candidate: We are looking for a candidate with strong multi-tasking skills who is able to process large amounts of data. You will be a strong communicator and team player. Good IT skills are crucial along with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
