Our mission: helping people to a better future About The Role We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist (Client Welcome Coordinator) to join our dynamic Client Welcome team in Cambridge. If you are motivated and passionate about supporting people and would like to join a team that helps the business thrive, then we would like to hear from you This position is being offered as a part-time role, requiring 24 hours over 3 days on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. What This Role Would Include Greeting clients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Managing incoming calls ensuring that calls are answered in line with agreed client service standards and any messages are directed to an appropriate Legal Adviser or Client Care team. Coordinating all client appointments and ensuring all onsite events are correctly set up and the required arrangements made. Proactively support other administration, archiving and facilities activity within the office functions. Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and to proactively build relationships with managers, staff and clients.
