* Position: HR Coordinator
* Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
* Location: Worthing
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

We’re recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a well-established and ever-growing manufacturing company based in the Worthing area. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a HR role; ideally, you’ll have a CIPD qualification or be working towards one. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions from recruitment, employee relations, performance management and more.
As a HR Coordinator your role will include:
* Overlooking the employee lifecycle
* Assisting with implementing HCM/HRIS
* Supporting HR projects
* General administrative duties
* Generating reports
* Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process
Skills Required:
* Previous experience of working in a HR role
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Understanding of Excel and other software
* CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable)
* Experience in implementing an HRIS/HCM

This is a full-time permanent position based in Worthing working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with an annual salary between £26,000 and £35,000 (dependent on experience).
