Your Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately process orders across 6 stock locations for our nationwide branches.
* Build strong relationships with our loyal customers through a top-notch service.
* Organise engineers’ schedules and testing appointments to ensure smooth operations across the Northern and Midlands regions.
* Oversee hire arrangements, invoicing, and ensure all orders are ready for dispatch.
* Complete on/off hire packs with the required certifications and maintain organised filing systems.
