/ RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Delivery of presale and allotment promotions, media campaigns, and comms channel promotional plan across UK Partnerships and Ticketing.
2. Coordinate creative and production teams to activate smaller-scale events and take ownership of workstreams for larger projects with oversight of senior members of the team.
3. Responsible for project execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes.
4. Develop bulletproof junior and mid-weight client relationships, demonstrating great service with effective communication.
5. Ownership of project deadlines and communicating these to the teams.
6. Having a real eye for detail is important, even if delivering at scale.
7. Lead on partner relationships on behalf of American Express.
8. Provide leadership to internal teams, offering support as needed and working to nurture direct reports in their career progression.
9. Lead on content usage, social media, and PR liaison. Partnership content support with AMEX Brand Elevated Membership campaigns.
10. Manage client and partner relationships to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the Experiences programme, including contractual benefits.
11. Ongoing Partnership management including regular status meetings, planning efforts, and quarterly partnership reviews.
12. Competitor programme and communications reviews: ongoing measurement and evaluation across all partners, including KPI metrics, quarterly review meetings with AMEX to report back against key metrics.
13. Lead and manage internal and external budgets, providing updates to the internal Commercial team and externally to the client.
14. Provide POVs on current UK Experiences partnerships and new opportunities.
/ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1. Agency experience is essential - we will need you to hit the ground running so knowing your briefs from your budgets is key.
2. Tenacious and a real can-do attitude – we are a small but mighty team!
3. Strong proficiency with deck writing.
4. Strong initiative, ability to problem solve and move at pace.
5. Strong communication, project management and organisational skills.
6. A proactive thinker who can drive projects forward not always with obvious direction, ability to spot resources required and solve problems before they escalate.
7. Not be afraid to get stuck in, be an active contributor in meetings being able to share ideas on how to better anticipate obstacles and problem solve.
8. Not be afraid to speak up and keep open and honest lines of communication with the team.
9. Please note: There will be a requirement for weekend and evening work during live activation periods.
