Sales Account Manager
Robertson Recruitment are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our manufacturing client on a permanent basis. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients/jobs and support the team through the production process. Additionally, you will bring in new leads and manage long-term clients to find new ways to generate recurring business. This is not a hybrid role.
Please be aware you can earn up to £1500 extra in commission a month after successfully passing probation.
Sales Account Manager Working Hours
08:00 until 16:30 Monday to Thursday
07:30 to 16:00 Friday
Sales Account Manager Duties
1. Managing sales - Research and develop new business opportunities, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities.
2. Onboarding new clients - Inputting new customer details onto Sage 50.
3. Account management - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
4. Aftercare - Follow up with existing contacts for any repeat/new business.
5. Sales processes - Review sales processes to ensure they are in line with ‘how to win’ business.
6. Communicating - Responding to internal and external queries through all methods including phone and email, and communicating efficiently.
