Due to continuous growth Bluebird Care Mendip is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive client relationships. The Customer Service Advisor role is an entry level, permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, working 40 hours/week and earning a gross annual salary of £24,000. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and courteous manner. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Managing reporting, MIS, and office administration tasks, including inventory management of PPE, stationary, and marketing material. Providing responses to customers through phone or email, coordinating with the team, and following up with customers to ensure their objectives are met. Customer Service Advisor requirements: Proven work experience in a customer service role. Excellent written, oral communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite – MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
