We specialise in designing and crafting a diverse range of aluminium, steel and glazed products used in high-end and bespoke commercial interior fitouts.

We are looking for CVs with some prior experience and the ability to demonstrate your hands-on and practical ability in an industrial environment. What really matters here however, is having a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for teamwork, and taking pride in your work.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
To carry out various production activities, including but not limited to:
* Machinery operation.
* Use of hand tools for assembly.
* Picking and wrapping of finished goods.
* Assembly of components into finished goods.
* Material movement/organisation.
* Material preparation.
* Material checking and inspection.
* Loading and offloading material.
* General housekeeping of production areas.
* Use of light fabrication machinery.
* PPC Wrapping Activities.
* Stock control.
* Goods in/receiving.
* Order packing.
* Quality control activities.
* External deliveries and collection, including driving.
* General warehouse duties including the use of workshop equipment.
* Exercising own judgement and initiative.
* Working with limited supervision and with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Demonstrating a commitment to own personal development within the post.
* Any other duties as may reasonable be required.
* Ensure knowledge and awareness of your roles and responsibilities under the Company’s integrated management systems in relation to Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental.
* Ensure knowledge and understanding of the Company’s policies and procedures in relation to data protection legislation.
Person Specification
* Experience of working in a production / manufacturing environment.
* Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Inter-personal skills and an ability to work as part of a team and develop and maintain good working relationships.
* Positive with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work effectively and responsibly, exercising discretion when necessary, without close supervision.
* Ability to work to deadlines and time constraints.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Commitment to high standards and delivering quality.
* Willingness and desire to understand and operate across other production areas.
* Health & Safety Training.
Hours and Environment
* 25 hours per week working on a shift pattern to be determined by local management.
* Hours outside of standard hours may be required, as necessary, for deliveries.
Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary - £25,000 per annum
* Discretionary Bonus Scheme.
* Option to join Private Medical Scheme following successful completion of probationary period.

* Annual leave of 21 days for all staff, plus 8 UK public holidays, increasing to 26 days after 5 years’ service. The Company also shuts down between Christmas and New Year providing an additional 3 days’ off outside of the annual leave entitlement.
