Are you experienced in working with young people (aged 11-18) and have a passion for mental health and wellbeing? Would you like to work for Dorset Mind and make a positive difference to young people’s lives? We are looking for someone based in West Dorset or the surrounding area who can demonstrate the skills and knowledge to co-ordinate and run our CYP Community Active Monitoring Programme for young people. The successful candidate will be working with Children and Young people aged 11 to 18 delivering a range of prevention and early intervention activities based around mental health and wellbeing. The role is community based in West Dorset and will involve working with and managing a caseload of young people in a 1:1 guided self-help setting both face to face and online. You will work with and in schools and family hubs and liaise with local statutory services. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role and a full driving licence and use of a car is essential, as you will be travelling to and from West Dorset at least twice a week.
