Cultivate a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion for better collaboration and business results. As a key member of the CDW Field Service Engineering team, you will provide onsite services for BAU and various ad-hoc engagements.
The role involves delivering onsite services to a specific customer on one or multiple sites within the contract. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing personal call queues, and escalating calls to the 3rd Line Team as necessary.
You will contribute to service desk incidents through to completion, recognising when escalation is required for the quickest resolution for the client. Your duties will also involve performing software builds/re-builds on PCs and laptops, fixing hardware faults, and installing upgrades to client hardware.
Able to work effectively on the service desk systems, keeping all tickets fully updated in real time. On-site visits will be required to resolve technical incidents as a representative of the company.
