A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist/administrator to join a growing accountancy firm. The firm is based in Marlow and provides accountancy services to a broad range of clients.
As Administrator, you will support the partners at the firm with their day-to-day work and administration. You will interact with clients and staff at all levels in this role.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Inbox management, ensuring that all emails are responded to in a timely manner
2. Reception and admin
3. Diary management
4. Onboarding new clients
5. Team coordination and providing administrative support to the wider team when required
6. Answering calls and taking messages
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant PA / Admin Assistant / Team Assistant to join a friendly, supportive team where you will play a key role in the firm's operations.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Admin Assistant / Team Assistant and have excellent communication skills with good attention to detail.
