Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in project management, ready to take on a role with greater operational responsibility?

Role Includes:
Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients.
Managing your own projects from start to finish, including P&L, applications, and variations.
Leveraging your NEC 3 & 4 and JCT contractual expertise.
Creating tender and construction programs with precision.
Tracking company projects monthly to support forecasting.
Assisting with larger tender submissions to secure new business.
Developing and managing the company's supply chain.
Ensuring H&S compliance, collaborating with their H&S consultant.
Supporting company compliance and preparing for audits, including ISO and RISQS standards.What We're Looking For:
Proven Quantity Surveying experience with Project Management experience, ideally within the rail sector.
Strong commercial acumen and a desire to expand into operational responsibilities.
Expertise in contractual frameworks and project forecasting.
