OnePlace Solutions are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is based in our Curdworth office in Birmingham.
Main duties include:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
* Lead and mentor your team
* Maintain a pipeline of future client opportunities.
* Book and attend sales and service visits
* Attract, source, interview and place candidates
Requirements for this role:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment role
* Full UK Driving licence
* A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work.
* Proven sales experience
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Great communication skills and attention to detail

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
