About this opportunity

You will work across the full project lifecycle, supporting scoping, initiation, implementation, delivery and benefits realisation.
The post sits within the Programme Management Office and is matrix managed by Adults Social Care and Housing (ASCH) to support Community Health and Wellbeing within the ASCH transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
This role will focus on shaping and delivering complex projects that help drive the Council’s transformation agenda and strategic priorities by supporting Community Health and Wellbeing and the implementation of the ASCH transformation programme.
Key responsibility is to provide a clear, detailed breakdown of investments through the Better Care Fund, including detailed service descriptors and ongoing performance reporting to the Joint Commissioning Board. This role also involves working in partnership with the System's Director of Discharge to support optimal hospital discharge.

The right candidates will confidently step into this role and proactively facilitate and manage projects from design to delivery to high quality standards.
A proactive, customer focused approach is important, as is experience of delivering change in a large and complex organisation. You will be able to work under pressure and effectively manage priorities and deadlines, while also being an excellent communicator who can engage with a wide variety of audiences and develop partnerships across stakeholders.
