Salary: £35000 - £40000 per annum + Car Allowance and Bonus
Main Responsibilities:
1. To grow profitable sales revenues within existing customer base and new business.
2. Set annual forecast for each customer based on historical performance.
3. Deliver KPI targets, principally being individual sales and customer visits per week.
4. Monitor sales performance against each customer budget.
5. Remain familiar with your customer’s order patterns allowing you to identify any changes.
6. Ensure effective communication is maintained with all customers.
7. Utilise Marketing support to help develop and grow end user awareness.
8. Complete meeting reports for every Customer visit and ensure all agreed action points are delivered.
9. Prepare for and attend weekly Friday Sales meeting to review weeks results and share plans for forthcoming week.
10. Be prepared to work with Customer Service when necessary regards to taking orders, tele-sales initiatives and any other general Customer Service duties.
This role is office based 3 days a week and field based for the remaining 2 days a week. Therefore it is essential you have a valid UK driver’s licence.

3. Good commercial understanding, numeracy and literacy.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (particularly on the phone).
5. Proactive, and demonstrates high levels of determination.
6. Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word skills essential.
7. Capable of building effective relationships both internally and externally.
8. Looks for solutions rather than excuses.
9. A team player, prepared to assist other departments when required.
10. An achiever who has ambition to be successful.
