Main duties of the job Whilst under the supervision of deputy managers and the registered manager, the post holder will faciliate evidence-based nursing care, support, and advice to service users and their carers with mental health needs in a multidisciplinary setting while understanding and implementing the organisation's mission, vision, and values.
