Job Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
* General Administration: Perform tasks such as data entry and answering emails and calls.
* Inhouse Software: Create and manage bookings.
* Customer and Colleague Communication: Provide a friendly and helpful point of contact while maintaining a professional and polite manner.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
* Health and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance within the office.
Essential Skills
* Customer Focused: Display excellent communication skills and a friendly approach.
* Organised and Reliable: Demonstrate good timekeeping and attention to detail.
* Teamwork Oriented: Value teamwork and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Computer Skills: Possess good knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer skills.
* Experience: Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
