We are offering the opportunity to join a friendly team of veterinary pathologists at the Animal and Plant Health Agency’s Weybridge laboratory in Surrey investigating diseases of livestock. What the role involves You will be conducting histopathological examinations as part of disease investigations and providing pathological advice in support of the APHA’s various surveillance and research programs. Utilising your existing knowledge of livestock production and disease, you will be encouraged and supported in developing expertise in livestock pathology. About You You must have a degree registerable with the RCVS and have a good understanding of ruminant and/or pig livestock production in the UK and prevalent disease threats. You must also be motivated and keen to develop your skills in pathology and the diagnosis of animal disease.
