Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting a team of Accountants with calls from clients, handling a variety of queries, providing support and guidance, and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
You will also be responsible for any complaints that come into the business, investigating the matter and resolving it promptly and efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
An excellent problem solver.
Passionate about helping and supporting customers and improving the client experience.
Able to work in a busy environment.
IT literate and confident using multiple systems.
