We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator who is available immediately to join our client in the healthcare sector based in Dumfries & Galloway to start in a temporary contract until October 2024. The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and are directed to the appropriate staff or department
* Answer and manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events and maintain and update calendars as necessary
* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages by preparing and sending outgoing correspondence
* Perform basic clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about the company's services and products.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
