* Identify and repair mechanical faults with factory services and equipment in order to maintain efficient operations. Set up and make mechanical adjustments to the factory equipment and services in order to maintain efficient operations.
* Observe factory equipment and services to establish what planned maintenance work needs to be carried out.
* Record any planned maintenance on SAP planned maintenance work sheet in order to provide an accurate reference point.
* Communicate with both colleagues and supervisor in order to maintain a well-formed team.
* Assist in establishing and maintaining efficient operations during a job change.
Understanding of mechanical principles, and operation of various factory equipment and services:
* Engineering experience in factory work areas:
* Understanding of technical drawings
* Ability to carry out welding and fabrication desired.
* Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship
* Ability to carry out engineering maintenance work on factory services and equipment; Adjust/Repair/Dismantle/reassemble/Diagnose faults.
* Ability to communicate effectively: Verbally and in writing.

* Salary based on Grade 7 of the harmonised pay scales. Salary minimum £33,000 - £36,832 max
