Job summary This is a Full-time replacement Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist post within the Maudsley Centre for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders (MCCAED). This post is based in the Eating Disorder (ED) outpatient team, one of four clinical teams that comprise MCCAED. Eating Disorder outpatient team The ED outpatient team is a multidisciplinary team providing specialised care for children and adolescents with eating disorders, excluding Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) that treated in the other part of MCCAED. Have accountability for the delivery of high quality and safe care, with the Clinical Director, Lead Clinician N&S CAMHS and Joint Heads MCCAED Lead the multi-disciplinary team alongside other Consultants leadership and influence others to meet service commitments and needs of children, young people and families Lead the development of service evaluation measures with the Clinical Director, Lead Clinician N&S CAMHS and Joint Heads MCCAED. Ensure that they are appropriately captured Develop and review clinical measures and outcomes with the Joint Heads MCCAED and the Clinical Lead N&S CAMHS To support and where agreed lead elements of development, improvement and innovation.
