Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL Day To Day Managing the Procurement mailbox and processing incoming requests, including: Validating incoming purchase requests, reviewing quotations and converting them into a purchase order; Entering new lease and purchase suppliers; Supporting the buyers, purchasing within the countries and answering questions regarding the system and processes Supporting the onboarding process of procurement suppliers which includes: Sending out supplier assessments to different departments Ensuring the supplier onboarding process Performing necessary supplier checks such as 'Third Party Due Diligence assessments' Keeping the procurement system updated with all documents Acting independently for smaller purchasing activities Processing purchase and contract renewals Data quality and process optimization Working closely with different departments such as Compliance, Legal, Finance for various procurement activities and supplier assessments.
