Total leave 34 days rising to 39 days after 5 years 36 hour week [1] Pension Scheme Private Health Care Gym Membership [subsidised] MAIN OBJECTIVES of the POST Work in partnership with local Neighbourhood Partnerships, community, voluntary and tenant groups in identifying gaps in services for communities and individuals. Identify suitable service delivery partners, develop and submit funding proposals for additional services, and manage awarded funds in compliance with contractual obligations set by the funder. Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality support to all internal and external customers and stakeholders. ACCOUNTABILITY Directly responsible to the Director of Housing Management on a day-to-day basis. Accountable to the Board of Management through the Senior Management Team. To build and maintain positive relationships with Neighbourhood Partnerships and voluntary and community groups operating in local communities where there is Almond property. To consult on views and priorities in relation to gaps in community services and identify gaps in community services in partnership with others, to ensure projects and fundraising activities are targeted at meeting identified needs. Implement, monitor and evaluate our Community Engagement Strategy and Action Plan. Actively contribute to the consultation and review of local community plans which prioritise service needs for communities. Work in partnership with organisations, agreeing, developing and managing service level agreements for activities and projects for which funding is being provided. Promote the use of ‘The Big Livingroom’ for community events. Work together with partner organisations to achieve our strategic goals. Budget and Project Responsibility Budget responsibility varies year to year depending on funding approvals and number of projects being managed Exercise a high level of discretion in proposing projects to management, conducting research, and drafting funding applications for approval. Responsible for preparing service level agreements for sign-off, ensuring budget compliance for each project, authorising payments, and overseeing the drawdown of grant funding. Establishing appropriate processes to enable partner organisations to deliver on service level agreements, with management support provided in cases of significant issues affecting outcome delivery. Accountable for reporting project progress to funders. Project Planning Forecasting of costs and activities for projects. Assimilating quickly the principles of many new and different areas of activity – e.g. youth work, education and training, homelessness, allotments, community centre. Review of and compliance with funders guidance to prepare relevant applications. As part of our 9DF trial, colleagues work an everage of 32.4 hours per week. A standard working pattern would normally be 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
