Annual salary: up to £44,982.00 Site Manager Spennymoor Full Time, Permanent Salary up to £44,982 per annum, plus, company car or car allowance 42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday About the Role: As a site manager you will be responsible for managing day to day site operations across multiple occupied properties, coordinate and supervise subcontractors ,trades and direct labour. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. As a site manager you will maintain clear and proative4 communication with residents and client representatives, Implement and monitor health and safety procedures and ensure full compliance with CDM 2015. You will also monitor progress and productivity, reporting weekly to the project manager via a site reporting tool and manage all snagging, handovers and ensure defect free completions. Maintaining accurate site records including site diaries, site reports and quality assurance documents, permits, training records and progress photos, material deliveries and variation records. You will also be responsible for resolving site issues effectively, minimising disruption to residents and programmes. And to ensure safeguarding and consideration of vulnerable residents at all times. Key Criteria: UK Full driving licence IT literate – Be able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Teams SMSTS First Aid at Work. Previous experience dealing with multiple contractors All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship. To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
