We have a beautiful setting in Flax Bourton which opened in June 2022, easily accessible from many places in Bristol and North Somerset. Red Bus has been operating as a company for over 11 years and we have recently been graded as Outstanding by Ofsted at our Flax Bourton Nursery. We continually strive to do things better and we want Red Bus to be the best place for children and the best place for staff to work.
If you are an experienced Early Years Practitioner with supervisory or management experience and you are looking for something new, we might be the next step for you. We know that times are hard and many nurseries are struggling, and may not be able to offer the support and career progression you are looking for at the moment. At Red Bus, we are able to offer that right now and we have an exciting Room Management position open.
Our Room Managers are responsible for running and leading the room, in this case, our beautiful baby suite. You will have an Assistant Manager and Lead Practitioners supporting you. You will be a key part of the overall management team of the nursery.
This team gets great support, training, and career development. As people moving into these positions can be from nurseries where they have been for some time, we offer a smooth transition to Red Bus with great onboarding and induction planning. We have supportive staff in our teams and we can take the risk out of that move for you.
If you are experienced in this industry with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and 3 years post-qualification experience, and would like to work for a stable, highly staffed company that takes care of staff, pays well, and offers great benefits and training, do consider applying to us. If you would prefer to have a chat or email first, please feel free to contact us directly through our careers website. This might be your first move into a more senior position or you might already have experience at a senior level; either way, consider speaking to us.
