We are looking for two high calibre graduates to join our driven and supportive Finance Department to train as Chartered Accountants. Overview of the role : We are looking for candidates with resilience, drive, enthusiasm and a passion to help people. You will study for your ACA accountancy qualification as part of a three-year Level 7 apprenticeship training programme combining technical study and on-the-job practical experience. Whilst working in our Finance Department, you will complete rotations to various teams to build the required, knowledge, skills and professional behaviours. You will be engaged in a challenging role from day one and be accountable for your area of responsibility whilst being supported through your apprenticeship. You will also be supported by experienced managers and mentors and will receive regular feedback and coaching to support your development. Strong organisational and excellent communication skills are essential to this role as well as a thorough understanding of first-class customer service. Qualification Requirements Minimum of 300 UCAS points achieved from your top 3 ‘A’ Levels (or equivalent) at first attempt. (General Studies not accepted.) A 2.1- or first-class degree (or equivalent). A minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Grades A-C/Grades 9-4 or above, in English Language and Maths. Graduate programme apprenticeship details : Level 7, Accountancy or Taxation Professional Apprenticeship - leading to ACA certification on completion of ICAEW requirements.
