Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities
* Business Development into new and existing clients globally.
* Lead search projects globally.
* Understanding clients hiring needs and able to leverage on these.
* Manage the full recruitment process for candidates and clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including business trips.
* Mentor, coach & develop Delivery Consultants, Junior Consultants, etc.
* Work towards targets / KPIs and push for Top Biller status.
What we are looking for
* 360 recruitment experience is ideal, but not essential.
* Proven track record of success and billings.
* Business Development background within recruitment at International Customers (Germany, USA, etc.).
* Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, ‘out of the box’ thinkers who are willing and able to go the extra mile.
* Resilience – you must be able to handle the highs and lows of recruitment, the ability to bounce back during tough periods is essential.
