We are a demolition contractor specializing in demolition, strip out and structural alterations. With a good reputation in the industry, we carry out projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all of our works and ensure smooth execution.
Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will work closely with clients, site teams, and senior management to coordinate resources and maintain excellent service delivery. You will be required to conduct site visits related to tender opportunity. You will report directly to senior operations manager.
This is a site-based role, so ability to travel is essential. Our contracts are in and around M25 / Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of demolition projects.
* Liaise with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines.
* Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met across all sites.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout project lifecycles.
* Lead and support project teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience at site management level who now wants to take the next step into contract management within the demolition, structural alterations, soft strip sector.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent management and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving license (preferred).
