Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our Ford dealership in Gillingham.
As a master technician you'll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:
Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Coach and monitor the technical workforce within the service department
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
This position is offered on a full-time working contract paying £44,800 with and an OTE of £52,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Master Technician earnings were £55,000 last year!
To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:
A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
Previous senior technician or master technician level qualification or experience
MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
Fantastic verbal and written English skills
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership
