Salary: £23,500 per anumum (Paid through the holidays!)

Are you a caring and motivated individual with a passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Coach to join a supportive team at a highly regarded school in Exeter. Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support to children with SEMH needs in the classroom and during school activities.
Implement individual learning plans (IEPs) to support academic and personal growth.
Promote positive behavior, emotional regulation, and social skills.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom management, ensuring all students are supported.
Build strong relationships to encourage participation and confidence.
Observe and document student progress.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH needs, is preferred.
Passion for supporting children's emotional well-being and learning.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Patience, resilience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Proactive and adaptable approach to meet individual needs.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
