Our complaints department typically involves both inbound and outbound activity to service our customers and franchisees. Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Customer Complaint Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced service environment.
You will be the first line of contact for RED Driver Training in dealing with escalated complaints from our customers. You will investigate the complaint, including liaising with instructors, and provide updates to the customer on their case. You will own and resolve any issues that may have been discovered as part of your investigation and support franchisees to ensure further occurrences of similar complaints don’t arise again.
Full Time Hours - 37.5 hours per week
09:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri
Main Duties:
1. Provide a prompt level of first line support to the customer base of RED Driving School.
2. Provide a superior customer experience and fair outcome.
3. Support the franchisees’ business by dealing with enquiries, concerns and questions, or liaising with other departments/specialists to provide a resolution.
4. Process payments on behalf of franchisees/customers.
5. Maintain accurate system records of all activity.
6. Maintain a consistent service level to all franchisees/customers.
7. Operate to customer service targets and SLAs set by the business.
8. Liaise with managers regarding problems with franchisees/customers.
