This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, approachable and growing law practice in Witney. The Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload, including:? Wills & Estate Planning – Advising clients on drafting wills and planning for the future? Probate & Estate Administration – Handling straightforward and complex estates? Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) & Court of Protection – Supporting clients with mental capacity matters? Trusts & Taxation – Assisting with trust administration and inheritance tax planning? Client Engagement & Networking – Building strong relationships within the local community What We’re Looking For ? Qualified Solicitor (4 years PQE) with solid experience in Private Client law? Strong client care skills and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly? A personable, empathetic approach – you enjoy working closely with individuals and families ?
