Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £25,000-£28,000, dependent on experience
40 hours per week

What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
* Experience: Previous experience working with children in an early years setting (desirable but not essential).
* Knowledge & Skills: A good understanding of EYFS and Ofsted regulations, along with general ICT competence.
* Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, motivated, adaptable, and a team player with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Child Development and Care: Support children's personal needs, promote emotional well-being, and engage them in activities that stimulate their cognitive, social, and physical development.
* Observations and Planning: Assist in monitoring, assessing, and planning for each child's progress, ensuring activities align with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
* Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team across different age groups, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive environment for both children and staff.
* Parental Engagement: Build positive, professional relationships with parents and caregivers, supporting children's learning journeys.
* Daily Operations: Contribute to efficient documentation, planning, and communication in line with nursery policies and procedures.
