Salary: up to £50,512 PLUS market supplement paid monthly.
An exciting new opportunity has come up to join my client based in the North East area. They are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their Cared for Children team, which works with children and young people currently in their care, supporting them and their families who have a plan to live outside of family care.

About the role:
* Lead, manage, and coach your team responsible for delivering and improving services for vulnerable children, young people, and their families
* Report to the service manager and work closely with other team managers across the service
* Recruit and supervise staff
* Hold individual and group supervision ensuring staff performance is at top standard
* Ensure appropriate case allocation across the team
* Promote a child-centered approach across the team
* Work in partnership with multi-agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families
About you:
As a Team Manager, you will need to have significant experience working within children and family services. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience of working within a variety of teams in children’s services, ideally cared for teams
* A proven track record of statutory social work experience
* Sound and robust legal framework knowledge
* SWE registration
* Full UK driver's license
* Right to work in the UK
