We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Administrator / Office Manager to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Manage employee records and HR systems (onboarding, offboarding, compliance, etc.) Assist with employee performance reviews, training and development programs Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws Working with our external HR Partners to ensure company compliance Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including supply inventory, facility maintenance, and supplier management Ensure the office environment is efficient and organised, and supports team productivity Coordinate internal meetings, events, and company functions Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling for staff for Belfast, London and Berlin offices. Promote healthy eating and ensure office cleanliness Assist with the phone reception management Assist finance with accounts payable, supplier invoices, and expenses enquiries What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a dual HR and office management role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications: A degree or diploma in HR, business administration, or a related field 3 years of experience in HR administration and office management roles Language Requirement: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
