Job Opportunity: Endoscopy Manager
We are seeking a committed Endoscopy Manager to work at an exceptional independent private hospital near Central London. This hospital is one of the UK's largest independent charitable hospitals, dedicated to high-quality patient care, comprehensive services, and outstanding staff and consultants.
Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high-level endoscopy patient care.
* Lead the team to ensure adherence to safety procedures and efficient operation of the endoscopy list.
* Collaborate effectively within the hospital environment.
* Participate in recovery areas to promote team cohesion and achieve objectives.
* Manage departmental resources effectively.
* Contribute to staff education, training, and development.
* Maintain infection control standards through proper dress, environment cleanliness, decontamination, and sterilisation procedures.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Endoscopy Nurse.
* Proficiency in a range of endoscopy procedures.
* Ability to provide high-quality endoscopy care.
* Good computer and numeracy skills.
* Flexible response to departmental needs.
* Excellent customer service skills for patients and consultants.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary up to £50,078 per annum DOE, working full-time (37.5 hours/week). Benefits include:
