This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience and support throughout their journey with EndressHauser. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive and support continuous improvement of our customer experience and ensure our customers' voices are heard and acted upon. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction, loyalty and retention. Lead and analyse customer feedback loops, touch points and data to identify trends and possible improvements to enhance the customer experience. Monitor and report on key customer experience metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Support our Continuous Improvement Lead and Talent & Development Manager to design and deliver training programmes for employees and promote innovation ensuring customers' needs are at the forefront of everything we do. To take ownership of the customer experience seeking creative ways to develop the customer journey, which may involve customer visits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Product Management etc. ) to address customer pain points and improve overall experience. Qualifications and experience: Proven experience in customer experience management, customer service or a related role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Customer-focused, growth mindset with a passion for driving excellence in customer experience.
