Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and organised teaching assistant, with the skills and ability to support our students with a variety of Special Educational Needs and establish positive relationships to promote excellent learning. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will:
* Develop positive relationships with students to assist their progress and attainment.
* Plan and implement structured learning activities, working 1 to 1 and with small groups
* Monitor and review student achievements relating to their individual targets, including the creation of Individual Education Plans (IEPS)
* Model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work and a good sense of humour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
