**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to work with young people who have autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behavior. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convey sensitive information.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the improvement of outcomes for our young people. You will perform assessments, monitor progress, carry out observations, provide sensory recommendations, and conduct direct therapeutic work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Performing assessments to establish the needs of our young people.
* Monitoring progress and carrying out observations.
* Providing sensory recommendations and conducting direct therapeutic work.
* Training our staff through direct therapeutic work.
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working with young people with Autism & severe learning disabilities.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to convey sensitive information.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
