Main Duties and Expectations
">
">
1. You will receive and respond promptly to referrals undertaking initial assessments to establish the scope, level and nature of the individual young person's therapeutic and mental health needs.
">
2. You will lead and facilitate group and/or individual therapy sessions, short and long-term, ensuring interventions continue to meet the needs of the YP and are consistent with the provisions detailed in their therapy plan.

3. You will manage, monitor and review an assigned caseload, ensuring delivery within the agreed timescales.

Requirements

* Ability to work independently
">
* Previous experience of working with young people with ASD, preferably within an education setting

Salary Information
">
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
