Job Description
As a Support Worker at Wiltshire Council, you will be part of a team that promotes health and ensures care for our customers. We are passionate about our community and take pride in our work, encouraging a culture that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do.
We provide short breaks away from the family home, supporting customers to take part in meaningful community-focused activities. We work with families and carers to ensure they are involved and listened to, and we support customers to maximize their independence.
We offer regular training opportunities to help you succeed in this role and a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings to monitor your progress.
